What HVAC customers say
Roman did a great job servicing the AC units at both of our properties. He was professional, honest, and very thorough. He checked everything, explained what he found, completed the maintenance, and gave us useful recommendations. Fair pricing, great service, and easy to work with. We’ll definitely use him again and highly recommend him.AC maintenance

Request Service
What you can do
- Change the air filter and note the date on it
- Clear leaves and debris from around the outdoor unit and keep two feet of clearance
- Gently rinse dust from the outdoor coil fins with a garden hose — never a pressure washer
- Make sure supply and return vents are open
- Test the thermostat in Cool mode and listen for the outdoor fan
Run it before you need it
Switch the system to Cool on a mild day and let it run for fifteen minutes. If the air is not noticeably cooler, or the outdoor unit does not start, you have found the problem on your schedule instead of in the heat.
What a maintenance visit covers
- Coil condition and cleaning where accessible
- Refrigerant pressure and temperature readings
- Capacitors, contactors, motors and wiring
- Condensate drain and pan
- Airflow, filter fit and thermostat operation
Signs you should not wait
- Weak airflow or warm air from vents
- Ice on the indoor unit or refrigerant lines
- Water around the indoor unit
- Unusual noise or a burning smell
Fall version
Do the same in October for the heating side: filter, clear vents, test heat on a mild day and listen for anything unusual before the first cold snap.
