Commercial Ice Machine Repair in Weddington, NC
Weddington kitchens run their ice machine equipment hard, and the failures tend to follow the busiest weeks. No ice means no drinks, no seafood display and no cooling for the bar. We diagnose commercial ice machines — modular heads, bins and dispensers — and repair what has stopped production.

Serving Weddington businesses
Roxly works with boutique restaurants, catering kitchens and specialty food businesses serving Weddington's estate neighborhoods throughout Weddington and Union County. A technician travels to your location, so nothing has to be carted anywhere. We regularly work around Weddington Corners, Providence Downs and Cureton area.
What we look at first
- Harvest assist and hot-gas valve. If the ice sheet will not release, harvest components are a prime suspect.
- Pump and distribution tube. Water that does not wet the plate evenly makes uneven cubes.
- Condenser and fan. Air-cooled machines need clean condensers; water-cooled models need a healthy water regulating valve.
Pricing in Weddington
Our visit fee is $135 for a first-time customer and $185 otherwise. The repair itself (labor, parts, refrigerant and materials) is quoted once the cause is found, and work only begins after you approve it.
Practical tips
- Clean and sanitize at least twice a year — more in heavy use
- Leave clearance for airflow around air-cooled units
Food-safety note. Ice is a food. If a machine has leaked, been mis-cleaned or shows slime, sanitize it before using the ice.
