Local service
Roxly works with Uptown and South End restaurants, NoDa breweries and music venues, SouthPark dining rooms, hotels and the steady stream of cafes that fill Charlotte's neighborhoods throughout Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. A technician travels to your location, so nothing has to be carted anywhere. Manitowoc modular systems pair a head with a bin; knowing the head model gets the right parts on the truck.
Pricing
New customers pay $135 for the first visit; a standard service call is $185. Whatever the repair needs — labor, parts, refrigerant — is priced after we diagnose it, and nothing starts until you agree to the number.
